Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline how you may access and use the SuitedUpGrill website and our premium dining, poker lounge, tournament, and event services in Australia.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SuitedUpGrill website located at https://suitedupgrill.com and your access to our restaurant, poker lounge, tournaments, and VIP event services (collectively, our Services). Please read them carefully before making a reservation, booking an event, or participating in any poker-related activity at our venue.

By engaging with SuitedUpGrill online or in person, you acknowledge that our Services are designed as a premium hospitality experience combining fine dining, VIP hospitality, private gaming rooms, and social entertainment in Australia.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, making a reservation, registering for a tournament, or attending any event at SuitedUpGrill, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any additional terms that may apply to specific Services (including reservations, tournament participation, and VIP or private events).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website, make a booking, or participate in our Services. Your continued use of the website or attendance at our venue constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and Responsible Use

Our Services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 years and over. By using our website or attending the venue, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to dine, participate in poker activities, and attend hospitality events in Australia.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our website and participation in our Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in New South Wales and any other relevant jurisdiction. You must not use our website or Services for any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate purpose, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings, disruptive behaviour, or attempts to interfere with the safety and enjoyment of other guests.

Restaurant Reservations

All restaurant reservations at SuitedUpGrill are subject to availability and confirmation. We may, at our discretion, require a deposit or a valid credit card guarantee at the time of booking to secure your table, particularly for peak periods, large groups, or special events.

Specific seating requests, such as window tables or lounge areas, will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to release or reallocate your table if your party arrives late or fails to arrive within a reasonable grace period of the confirmed reservation time.

Further information regarding reservation requests and special dining experiences can be obtained via our Reservations or Restaurant pages.

Poker Tournament Registration

To participate in our offline poker tournaments, guests must complete the registration process as outlined on our Tournaments page or at the venue. Registration may include providing accurate personal details, completing eligibility checks, and accepting any tournament-specific rules or codes of conduct.

Tournament entries are subject to capacity limits, buy-in requirements, and closing times for registrations. SuitedUpGrill reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility before permitting entry, and to refuse registration where regulatory or venue requirements are not met.

By registering for a tournament, you agree to comply with all tournament structures, house rules, and decisions of the tournament director or authorised staff, which will be final and binding.

VIP & Private Events Booking

VIP and private event bookings, including corporate functions, private poker nights, birthday celebrations, and other exclusive experiences, require advance notice and are subject to the availability of our venue spaces and staff.

Additional terms may apply to these bookings, including but not limited to deposit requirements, minimum spend commitments, bespoke menu arrangements, and specific cancellation or rescheduling conditions. These will be communicated to you during the enquiry and confirmation process.

For tailored proposals and event concepts, please contact our team via the Events or Contact Us pages.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Full or partial payment may be required in advance for certain Services, including but not limited to special tasting menus, poker tournaments, VIP packages, and private events. All amounts payable must be made in Australian dollars (AUD), using accepted payment methods as advised by SuitedUpGrill.

Our cancellation policies may differ depending on the nature of your booking:

  • Restaurant reservations: Cancellations or significant reductions in guest numbers may need to be made within a specified time frame to avoid cancellation charges or forfeiture of deposits.
  • Poker tournaments: Buy-in refunds, late registrations, and no-show policies are governed by the tournament rules in place at the time of registration.
  • VIP & private events: Event agreements may include separate cancellation schedules and fees reflecting the scale and customisation of your booking.

Full details of pricing, deposits, and cancellation terms will be provided during the booking journey, including via our Reservations and Events pages or in your booking confirmation documentation.

In such circumstances, any deposits, payments, or tournament buy-ins may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
